The meat can be your choice of chicken, shrimp, scallops, salmon, or steak (I'm sure the options vary depending on the restaurant. There's also a vegetarian option). The veggies usually consist of onions, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, and carrots (from what I've seen). You can have your choice of white or fried rice, or noodles. And each hibachi dinner comes with a side of miso soup and a side salad (which are optional, I believe), and teriyaki and yum yum sauces (to name a few).
Man, I'm so hungry. Hibachi sounds
heavenly right now.
