From my experience, restaurant ramen broth is much more flavorful than instant ramen broth, which tends to be more salty than flavorful.

...now I want to make ramen broth at home.

The ramen was yummy! I just wish the bowl was bigger with double the portion, because I still felt hungry afterward. x_x The menu referred to the swirly fish cake as "Naruto" and I thought that was cute/ funny.

I like to add kimchi to my cups of instant ramen.

My sister and I like to eat spicy Buldak ramen with fried eggs, cucumbers, smoked sausage, bacon, and carrots on top. She saw someone eat it like this on TikTok.

kimchi is good probiotics for your body. Burns my stomach so I avoid it, but taste is good.
