galled I've cut out quite a bit of things that can aggravate it or make it worse. So I'm hoping that's working a little.
I might have to look into that. They just gave the medicine for the Crohn's. I guess they hope the Crohn's medicine will calm down the area the ulcer is in enough so that it can heal. They could also not want me mixing medications. I know my Crohn's meds cannot be mixed with certain types a meds.
Lemon Cheesecake A lot of the symptoms that I had before being diagnosed have gone away since I started taking it. I had some nausea the first month taking it, but I'm not having that side affect anymore. I think I was just having it because it was a new medication.
I've looked at the side affects of mine and luckily only one seems to be really severe and life threatening.
That's with all medication pretty much sadly. It's like those medication commercials where they list all the side affects and half of them have the potential to kill you while the actual problem that they are meant to fix has a low chance of actually becoming deadly.
I do know someone who has it really bad and she has a stomach pump because her stomach can't drain properly anymore. It can mess up your whole digestive system...
Luckily they caught mine in time before it got really bad. I did have these "attacks" though before I received treatment which caused quite a bit of pain and other things I'd rather not mention.
I might have to look into those Absorb Plus shakes that are mentioned in the blog.
Ha, you're craving lemons and your screen name is Lemon Cheesecake.
I want one of those anti-inflammatory smoothies again, but I'm too
lazy tired to drive to the health cafe.
