Neither. Weight gain still freaks me out and I avoid weighing myself as a plague.
I just want to be healthy. And look good while at it, lmao. Muscle gain is the only logical solution I came up with. Although it pains my 2005 emo kid-self that I no longer look like a 15 y old boy despite being in my late 20s.
As for foods, in the morning I eat carbs. Lunch and dinner are both proteins + raw veggies.
