Well, I'm Creeped Out

So, I was reading threads. Spotify is open, but I paused it on an ad and then it just randomly started playing piano music. (P'sure it's Spotify.) And then I noticed it said it was still paused and I pressed play and the ad played over the music.

It just creeped me out.

It was Spotify.

It was also just out of the blue and I believe it was just, simply, one maybe two tabs open.
