Chocolate Cravings?

ehh it tasted like eggs? LOL i've tried putting brownie batter in a mug before and from what i recall it wasn't bad, but it wasn't preferable to the oven.

regarding chocolate in general, i've noticed that if i haven't eaten it in a while i don't crave it, but after i have it i'll want it for days afterwards. i googled if chocolate was addictive and this came up:

In addition to sugar and fat, chocolate contains several substances that can make it feel "addictive". These include tryptophan, an essential amino acid that is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in regulating moods; high serotonin levels can produce feelings of elation.

I love nutella banana crepes! Whenever I go to a farmers market, it takes a lot of willpower to not buy them.

Bananas are rich in potassium, and a lack of potassium can cause muscle cramps (if your potassium is too low, your heart can stop!).

I saw this about Nutella yesterday:

I had horrible leg cramps last night! My toe kept wanting to curl up! I had to hold my foot to the floor and slowly try to stand on it. Generally if I have any cramping I will get up and drink some gatorade or powerade and some water and that seems to help subside it. I find the cramps are worse on days I have been on my feet working and not drinking water. Sometimes it is a electrolyte thing too and not just dehydration. It didn't help that I drank caffeinated drinks over water.

Do people really eat a lot of nutella if they're tracking our consumption. I have a small tub of nutells I barely even eat.

I get nutella when I go out sometimes, but I dont have it at my house or anything.

Bananas also help with menstrual cramps.
