It's more like flour as a ingredient instead. It is delicious if it's not overly sweet, just moderate amount of sweetness is good enough. Never thought of putting chocolate in croissants before, and I'm quite of a chocoholic lol
Oh, almond paste? I'm not fond of almond though, also free bread and pastry? Dang, that sounds nice.
