I want some of that chocolate brownie pie with an oreo cookie crust and ice cream or whipped cream topping.

I made a pie yesterday! With pi on top!
The recipe didn't specify a high enough heat, and/or apple pies cook very different than berry, and/or I didn't have enough time to cook it, so the bottom was underdone and the top never became golden... I pulled it out of the oven as I was running out the door to go to a meeting, haha!

But on the topic of pie, more than pi, this recipe makes the most beautiful pie crusts (when you have time to cook them fully)!

For the filling of my pie I made this apple cranberry pie

mmmm that look's delicious! And who would've thought of putting cranberries with apple's in a pie? (Not me). But the recipe looks like the spices will offset the sourness of the cranberries.
