Exactly what I'm telling myself. I've joined a healthy, balanced eating group for accountability. Funnily enough, they are all trying to lose weight there. And made me their fitness guru because I lift heavy things, lol.

So your goal is to gain weight? That's awesome! May I ask what kinds of foods you're concentrating on? Proteins and fats?

Neither. Weight gain still freaks me out and I avoid weighing myself as a plague.

I just want to be healthy. And look good while at it, lmao. Muscle gain is the only logical solution I came up with. Although it pains my 2005 emo kid-self that I no longer look like a 15 y old boy despite being in my late 20s.

As for foods, in the morning I eat carbs. Lunch and dinner are both proteins + raw veggies.

The key is moderation & only eating what your body needs... my weakness is over indulging in the foods that taste soooo good... why'd they have to make them so sweet & tasty!?!
