I don't know. How many feathers would you all consider to be a decent amount? 1000? 500 for 2nd? 300 for 3rd?

Possibly any extra items you have that can't be bought in the shops, like event items.

Extras of event/Lazarus items are always a good start. Not sure how many if any extras of those you have though.
Normally I see selection of items offered and the winner(s) pick 1 or so items as their prize. Grand prize winner going first then 2nd place next pick etc.

Diamond shop items are nice too and could work similarly, the winners choosing their preferred items.

I'm sure getting art as a prize would be appreciated too! Could offered an item in addition to art.
