i love scallop potatoes with the potatoes cut thin and a thick cream sauce and toasty cheese topping. Got to eat them with ham on the side.

my mother tried making cheesy baked potatoes
didnt have any cheese
substituted the cheese with coconut cream

i think coconut milk requires a taste for it. Doesn't Thai food use a lot of coconut milk?

thankfully there are prepared foods at grocery stores. Are you near a costco? They have pretty good scallop potatoes

i enjoy eating, but i don't eat that often because i'm lazy. LOL

i'm too impatient to cook and i dislike cleaning dishes, so i eat things that don't take very long to make; i pretty much live off toast with peanutbutter, spaghetti, and tuna sandwiches.

as for what i like to eat if someone else prepares it... i like most things LOL but i don't eat land meat (pescetarian) and i hate green beans for some reason. ( ' ^ ' )

I found out I am allergic to fish. I wish I didn't eat meat but sadly I like to have it once in awhile. You know what they say about beans...
