Yes they are Caramel with a creme center! My sister found two new flavors and gave them to me for Christmas. A Strawberry and Creme one and a Caramel Apple! They were so tasty!!!!

Well I hate ketchup so to have something tasty with my nuggets, I have always went to mashed potatoes. Tastes so good.
