The studio has included this server to upload a massive HD movie to a VOD server, so that may be causing the issue/s. I've paused it for now and hopefully it'll help clear out the backlog of emails. It looks like a wave for new users are waiting in the wings (pardon the pun) for their Welcome to Windlyn emails!
