they frustrate my sister a lot, too.

when my mom instantly finds everything i've done wrong in one little task, without even acknowledging what i've done right, or that I did it without being told.

People like that are frustrating; I'm sorry that you're treated that way.

I know the feeling Gingerale TT w TT

When someone uses the kitchen and makes a mess (spills, oil splattering over the stove from frying, leaving food just out on the counter, etc) and doesn't clean it up! Grrrgh

yeah, I mean, she doesn't always do that, but she does it often enough to frustrate me. but then sometimes she praises me, and it sort of makes up for all the times she criticizes me. so in the end, it's fine. ^^

when I try to get someone on the other team, but it says nobody was there.

Polaris, I completely understand. I'm the one who cleans the kitchen and people will just leave things sitting in pots for me to clean up. You could at least rinse it so I don't have to deal with it when it hardens. :strain:

Glad I have a fellow friend who suffers my plight T w T
I hate to be the one to nag and tell/suggest to them "Hey, could you maybe clean up after yourself when you're done with the kitchen?" Like, one shouldn't have to be told "please clean up your own mess" ughhh. I'm sharing a house with 3 other friends for the school year and my one housemate who's here now will remember to clean up and put away all her dishes and stuff after I tell her, but then go back to her old habits the next meal.

Am I being too much or too picky about other people to ask them something like this? Wah

I've seen where there is a check list posted as a reminder. Not sure if that would work for you. Especially having to clean up someone else's mess before you can even cook.

My pet peeve is when people don't complete something. The completionist in me would go on ahead to finish it. Stuff like a half-closed lid or a half closed door. I like it when things are in place.

Oh no, Neko, I'd drive you crazy! :distress:

But that makes me think maybe I need to be more conscientious to those around me.

OOoh, same, Lemon. Sometimes I can be a bit careless and don't think about it.

Also my pet peeve is when people (mostly me) don't finish their sentences and just trail off.
