We've experience two unexpected shutdowns over the last week. The first wasn't too worrying (things happen, right?), but today's second one raised our concerns. Intermittent problem are the worst to try and figure out so out of an abundance of caution, we've ordered some new parts of the most likely culprits to swap out to see if we can solve the problem before we have a total failure to minimize downtime. (Active vs passive troubleshooting!)
The new parts are expected to arrive tomorrow. We'll schedule the hardware swaps and downtime when we have everything here.
