R4- I put a little baking soda in a glass of water, swish it around my mouth & then swallow it. Works better then Tums or other indigestion pills for me. Don't need a lot of it. Like a quarter teaspoon. Might have to drink it a couple times a day if your indigestion is bad.

And please, I hear enough swearing cursing in a day that this is my safe space, thanks!
