It has been triple digits here (for those that don't do Fahrenheit that is 100 degrees or over so since we were close to 110 yesterday is that 40 Celsius?)

fortunately the fans have been helping...no air conditioning at home, it almost (note I said almost) makes me want to be at work where we do have air conditioning)...but I was reading that there are those against the flourocarbons produced by air conditioners and refrigerators...how are we to stay cool then!?
