Have you tried taking some antihistamine's? Be careful though because some antihistamine's may make you drowsy.

I have not. I don't know because I have not been diagnosed with anything. I don't like to rely on medicine for everything.

Probably best to discuss it with your physician then... I take over the counter generic version of claritin and allegra - but I can not take zertec because it makes me so tired but my brain can't sleep just goes loopy.
