Most of the buildings were renovated so it was more refurbished historical, but you could tell which places still had all the old fixings and designs. There was an old timey theatre there that was for lease. Really hope whoever ends up renting it keeps it the way it is.
There is another historical area farther away where the county doesn't allow too many modern changes to historical buildings. They may allow like a bathroom or kitchen to be added, so the necessities, but you can only paint it the same color it was in it's original state and it has to be paint from the time period the building was built. The county actually has a paint reserve for when buildings need a new paint job. I though that was interesting when I was visiting there.
