It's been better? Umm, they've been running tests to see how bad my heart is.
Apparently it's working too hard. I have to reschedule my echo but that will have to wait since all days are booked until July. I am allowed up to 4 pills a day instead of just 2. I take up to 3 now though. I haven't needed to take 4 yet.

I've been doing much better, thank you for asking...I started a low carb low sugar diet almost a year ago now, lost weight and have not had the stomach pains and indigestion like I used to have. Now I am trying to work on staying hydrated because the Doctor thinks the inflammation and other pains I am still having are related to being chronically dehydrated...better to take care of these things now before I have to take medication later to fix them.

Oh wow, good for you! At least it's working for you, that's great Lemon! Hmm, yeah make sure to drink lots of water then! If you can prevent taking any kinds of meds for it, that's all the better. Trust me, taking meds sucks and it gets worse if you forget to take them.

Speaking of loosing weight, I lost a few pounds as well so that's nice. I'm also working out again. Not regularly like I'd want to but every now and again I will work out for a few hours. All in my room of course since I don't want distractions. lol

hey, any little bit is progress! It's definitely better then nothing and I feel stretches help a lot for the inflammation.

JinMay , I just reread your post ...I hope that there is something they can do for your heart that isn't invasive treatment. Sad how sometimes we have no control over what goes on with our bodies, but I do hope that you can get help to control the things you can to help your health. I am sorry you have to go through such a difficult battle, it must be scary not knowing.
