All is well, things always could be worse so I am glad when they are not!

I had a friend who had a little scare with possible reoccurrence of cancer but she is doing ok now. Unfortunately she has had a very aggressive cancer.

glad to hear everything is alright. its flu season here and we just had typhoon last week...its been a gloomy week..glad to be back here

flu season here as well... mostly a long lasting cough or laryngitis.

fortunately I have been able to avoid it!! I am trying to increase my vitamin C in foods. Lemon season so I put lemon in a drink or in my soup!

ya, I prefer the lemon in the lemon & honey...in fact, I prefer lemon & ginger with no honey ... but a good honey I could eat a spoonful of on its own, or better yet, honey sticks.

honey and lemon taste good...I really dislike ginger in a drink hahaha I tried liking it..never successful XD.. lemongrass is better tasting for me than ginger hehehe but still they don't taste good.. anyone tried lemongrass water mixed with lime or lemon an sugar..it surprising good.
