Now I think I ate too much...my tummy feels like it has a big lump sitting in it...I should have spread the food out!

American takeout Chinese food or actual homemade Chinese food, Lemon?

The former might be the salt+stuff they put in to make it really flavorful. ‘Regular’ American fast food kinda does it, too.

Yum! Did the rice irritate you? You said carbs made you bloated.

you know, that is probably why it was feeling like a lump! I do eat carbs, just not a whole lot and some affect me worse then others for sure.

Cauliflower "rice" is a good alternative to rice if you want to watch your carb intake.

I like cauliflower but any of those gaseous veggies make me have severe cramps and feel like I am going to explode! So I rarely eat Broccoli or brussel sprouts etc. I enjoy cabbage, in salad or especially cabbage rolls, but I regret it about an hour after.

I have tried cauliflower pizza dough. I am not on a strict low carb diet, I just try to limit the intake.

:strain: That sounds really painful. Did the cauliflower dough have the same affect on you?

Lemon, I can’t eat rice either, but I do enjoy the non-rice stuff prepared without the rice, but otherwise in the same fashion.

I don't even recall now how the cauliflower pizza affected me...I just decided that, since I rarely eat the pizza crust because the chewiness hurts my jaw, that the little bit of the crust on a slice isn't too bad. I can't eat too much pizza anyway because the cheese doesn't sit too well with me either but lots of toppings don't have as much cheese so I am good once in awhile.
