No! Most lottery tickets only cost a dollar! Some are $2, $5 - do they not have lottery's where you are? It is a big thing here in the States.

Well, you have to be 18 or over to be able to claim the prize.

Most are by winning numbers rolled and how many people picked those numbers.

But there are scratch tickets that you match up the amounts and that is how much you win. I've gotten a couple dollars on those before.

Canada has lottery tickets as well, not sure about other countries.

In hong kong there's more sticker sheets than scratch sheets but tbh theres lots of gudetama prizes you might love. C:
