Monday's are always a long work day and tonight I have a community meeting...so sleepy!

The meeting is once a month to find out what is going on. It is actually interesting because you have a chance to hear from public servants, county workers and be able to make a comment.

My family isn’t very active in the community. We do neighborhood things, and that’s about it.

We have a lot of non profit groups in our area so there are many groups a person could volunteer to help out with. I like to go the the meetings where I can try to find out what is being planned for my area and see if I can have an influence in how it is implemented or question whether it should go through or just lean some support.
