So, who wants to talk about Harvest Moon? Anyone excited for newest 'spinoff' Story of Seasons? What's your favorite Harvest Moon? How long have you been playing? Got a favorite bachelor or bachelorette? What game did you start with?

Harvest Moon brought me so many friends online that I now talk to each day or almost each day. It's one of those comfort games that always makes me smile.
I've been playing since I started with Harvest Moon 64 and Back to Nature back in 1999.

As for my favorite bachelor or bachelorette, that's super hard but probably gotta say Amir for bachelor and Popuri for bachelorette. Although Eve from the original HM on SNES comes close.

The beginnings can be so long and boring ;; Wish you could skip them sometimes.

At least Rune Factory usually puts a break in between. Like one day you learn one thing, the next something else.

Although I generally wish to skip all tutorials and just hop into things <.<;

Still my favorite
Tale of Two Towns is nice, though I haven't started
I started off courting Gray, but now it's always Rick and a solo run. Male version I have one for Popouri and the other slot for Anne
Accidentally got my sister in love with the series to where I got her a DS Lite with two HM games (one per slot), but she has one of the PS1 games that she plays more often
She and I both agree that if they make an app version, we're getting it
If we can choose where we live, Konohana or Mineral Town are my preferences

I've been playing the game since the 64 version and i'm only missing a few of the games now (mostly gb/gbc games cause my versions got too old/died and then the psp title. emulators are good when you can't find hard copies though B))

And the Rune Factory series is awesome too. Wooly monsters are awesome little guys.

I vvish I could get RF 3 and 4 they are the only ones I haven't played on anything but an emulator.. heck haven't even gotten a chance to play 4 at all.. if I could get more harvest moon games too I'd be a very happy maro.
