Well, if you have Windows, you:
1. Go to Windows in the library
2. Go to Users and click your User
3. Make sure hidden files are shown.
4. Click on AppData
5. Click on Local
6. Track down UNDERTALE
7. Delete (or just move) all the files, and I mean ALL! I've messed around with it so much, to find that out lol. But when you restart the game, it should be restarted to where it tells you the controls.

If you have Mac, I can't help you.

We all know Apple has to be difficult and different than the rest.

I'm doing a genocide run now, though. Then I'm going back to try and get the true pacifist endingending. And then the no mercy run only fighting and beating the boss fights.

I've heard that doing genocide before true pacifist ruins the true pacifist >_>

It does. They remember you for the monster you truly are! But doing what I did tricks the computer into thinking that there are no traces of a save file or a previous run so it essentially starts off fresh. I'm so glad about that. It's the one thing that was freaking me out. I didn't want to ruin the game. I didn't want to do a genocide run and then later, after forgetting a lot of the story, I don't want to play and have the characters remind me how much of a monster I was my previous playthrough, lol. Which is ironic because you're in a land of monsters.... heh heh lol

that's just what hits you so hard though! when i killed muffet, that one spider at the end made me bawl my eyes out.

the feeling of holding someone's lives in your hands... it fills you with DETERMINATION.

The lack of music or at least the creepy theme gives me the goosebumps. But it starts annoying me when I keep getting into encounters where no one shows up, like "yeah, I know, I'm a monster who killed them all. Stop throwing it in my face and let me go on."

I love the creepy everything in the no mercy run.
It makes me so happy
but you get pangs of guilt whenever you kill someone you used to be friends with

Perhaps it was out of pity, idk, but I'm like, "Bring it on, Sans!" But I can't even beat Undyne the Undying... That's sad.

....undyne's fight is pretty nasty. still not as bad as sans though, imo. good luck!
