Yes you can get a Zubat in the Castelia Sewers!

Well you have a one in three shot of getting Zubat since there are only Zubat, Grimer and Ratata! However word of advice use a repel first so that you can wait till after your double battle with Hugh/Rival Name You used. That way you can catch something.

I left it as Hugh, was thinking of naming him Jay, but I saw Hugh there, and left it alone.

Zubat as the only Pokemon you encounter is a pain but it's super useful when it evolves!

Luckily you can Repel in Pokemon AS for the Rustburo Tunnel since Whismur is the only thing you can catch.

But Whismur isn't too bad, sure there are better options, but it's still a decent pokemon.

True but when your just trying to get through after you caught one then it's just annoying. XD
