It depends on what paper your using. If your using something with a design already on it then it will only take a few secs to wrap it. If you do your own designs like I did then about five to ten mins.

O.o Bead curtains. That would be a lot of word to get enough beads. I guess you'd have to enlist helpers.

I learned how to do that when I was in junior high and I still like some of the ones I did. I used magazine paper with really neat designs though the ones I did were not long like the ones you posted. It would be fun to do them again, but I think I collect beads more than I use them. >.>
