Lmao weeelll, most of my recipes are my own. Or from my grandma who's notorious for not writing things down and just showing people. So her "famous pie crust" is like "THIS much flour, and uhh.. About this much? Yeah, kinda. This much shortening.." And it's all just by hand, LOL. No measurements! So it's a pain, but it always works out perfectly. So I have to hand it to her.
And all my recipe books that I do like are at my parent's house, which is two cities away.
