Well where do your hide your recipe collection? One doesn't need to remember when one can copy xD

Lmao weeelll, most of my recipes are my own. Or from my grandma who's notorious for not writing things down and just showing people. So her "famous pie crust" is like "THIS much flour, and uhh.. About this much? Yeah, kinda. This much shortening.." And it's all just by hand, LOL. No measurements! So it's a pain, but it always works out perfectly. So I have to hand it to her.

And all my recipe books that I do like are at my parent's house, which is two cities away.

Oh yeah i usually do that for cooking but baking most often turn out best if one is exact especially when making advanced pastries or layered cakes.

Ugh, yes. Exactly. Because you can easily mess things up. D: Although I think eventually I figured it out and wrote it down, but I don't know where I even put it.

Bread usually turn out better when i wing it tho but best is it when mom makes it
