Monster High
Monster High is a franchise by Mattel. The dolls are based on the cartoon with the same name.
Sadly the line recently had a reboot, because too many parents complained about the heavy make up and "scary" looks. It lost the entire meaning of being unique.
There is also a budget line, who lacks articulation in some places, and they often have molded tops.
