I have started playing Breath of the Wild and I still am wanting to buy my own switch and the game, ofc. (Though, I did buy a ps4 and I really don't need another system, but Nintendo was my childhood and Breath of the Wild is everything I wanted in a video game.)

Why I bring that up is because I started thinking about creating a fanfiction for the game. Idk how it's going to go, all I know is that I want to create a BOTW fanfic.

Haven't wrote shit in ages either, so I'm hoping this becomes the thing that brings me back. Been drawing way too often so far.

I've only seen a couple of clips of Breath of the Wild but it looks pretty and fun. I hope it does spark some creativity for you.

Thought about just posting this here instead of my main hangout thread since it does have something to do with writing...
.
.
.
I am thinking about reviving a blog of mine, deleting everything in the blog as of present and start fresh again. I want it to be like how I started, posting regularly. But this time, more successful.

But idk what kind of blog it's going to be. It may just end up being my thoughts and anxieties being talked about.

If you're thinking of doing a writing blog, maybe you could use this new and revamped blog to write poems/prose inspired by your thoughts?

You could vent out your thoughts & emotions, all while practicing your writing -- 2 birds with 1 stone.

I do plan on trying to write a story where the main character has to deal with social anxiety and have no romantic sub-plot because all I can find are romance sub-plot with these kinds of novels.

But I don't do poetry. I might try, but i think I may pass on that.

I'm too scared to share my poetry, though. I tried, but it's so bad.

Ooh dang, now this really makes me want to see your poetry oooh

Have u thought about posting it in the Writer's Guild maybe, if u don't wanna post it here?
Or send it to meeeee! I'll give ya the pros and cons, how to improve (if needed, b/c some people out there are just born poets, like yeesh man cut me some slack), and ideas for whatever else is relevant.

Oh! And if ur thinking of writing some stories and might need a beta reader, I've done some beta reading for friends and they've found my advice helpful so there's that????

Whatever ur comfortable with yo

I won't share my works unless I'm satisfied....

And I can't impress myself.

Maybe it'd help to get some outside opinions, even if you don't like what you wrote? Maybe something you don't like might be something others like.

So I finally am putting more effort into writing this story that has been on my mind for the longest time. Perhaps this is the reason I could not get myself to write. Maybe this is what I'm meant to do. Maybe my muse was telling me that, unless I write this story, you will not write anything at all.
