Paranormal Novels

So, I am in the mood to read paranormal novels, more specifically, novels that involve ghosts and haunted houses because just saying paranormal gets you stories of vampires and the like (when searching on Google) and I want ghosts.

I like both fiction and nonfiction for these ghost stories, though nonfiction is more fun in my opinion.

I was wondering if any of you know of any good ghost novels?

Scary Stories to Tell In The Dark by Alvin Schwartz is out, not only because I have all 3 books, but they're more meant to scare little kids.
