My favorite character is Maes Hughes
MY least favorite is Roy Mustang (I mean, it's least favorite, not my most hated character)
Of course Brotherhood is better than the '03 series.

I watched it some years ago and loved it. Especially Brotherhood, it's flawless! My favorite character, hmmmmmm... Edward and Envy I think. I don't remember who I liked least. But I love the soundtrack. Every opening and ending of brotherhood was amazing. I still listen to them every now and then.

I've seen maybe half of the first anime and saw all of Brotherhood. Brotherhood was phenomenal! I loved the soundtrack too. It's so hard to pick a favorite character. There were some characters I disliked but can't remember now. It's been a couple years since I finished the series. It's one I really need to pick up on blu-ray.

I remembered one now,Shou Tucker! Not because he was a poorly made character but because of what he did.

It's an amazing anime, well, imo. It's definitely recommendable.

FMAB is the best anime ever.
My faves are Envy and Havoc.

I only watched the animes, both the '03 version and Brotherhood. Brotherhood is my favourite but I have a couple nostalgic strings still attached to the '03 version.
As for favourite character I do very much lean toward Ed and Al. But I also like the dynamic between all the homunculi. So I guess I don't have a single specific favourite.
As for my least favourite character that's probably the boys' father, whose name escapes me at the moment.
And as a bonus, my most hated character is Shou Tucker. A shock to no one, I am sure. He's just the worst in both versions!
