I use an app named Simple System Monitor. It can display CPU usage, Active Processes (shows app cpu usage), Thermal zones, and battery temp (among other cool things). Might tell you more.

If you right click and choose "copy image address" you can copy and paste it in your signature and add the around it and it should work. Or I don't know what device or computer you are on. I have my Mac programmed to open the menu with a right click, but I think the default setting is a two finger click. PC right click. If you are on a phone, do whatever opens the drop down menu.
I do have the image address though if you want me to copy and paste it.
