I kind of don't understand the thing behind the dress, also waist up or head shot?

We ask for answers in polls/surveys then use it as a basis for answering the main problem or main question.

The thing behind the dress is just a cloak sort of piece. You can either leave it off or add it. Uhm. Can I get a waist up? And I will pay you 1000 feathers? I may come back later and have you color it when I have more feathers and when your slots are open after more users get a chance at your art.
Ah I see. So what are you doing yours on? Or have you not decided yet?
