[Lemon Cheesecake]

oh - a bread tin! Like how they make the small breads for appetizers!! A friend made them before, her tins were in heart, round, square and triangle shapes I think. I could never figure out how she got the bread out of the tins so smoothly.

Usually the bread doesn't stick to the tin because the dough should be a bit like... resin clay? I don't know how to explain but the dough shouldn't stick to anything. A lot of tins nowaday should be nonstick too so you don't need wax paper and stuff like that. ^^

I tried making some home made pizza dough but it came out very thick. Maybe the dough didn't get warm enough? I think I put too much flour in it as well. My Mom and my Grandma made very delicious bread, I wonder why none of it rubbed off on me?

I've never made pizza dough but you probably have to roll it really thinly since the yeast in it will definitely rise to a good amount both in and out of the oven. Yeast rises to 2 to 3 times the original thickness depending on how long you leave it.
