take a picture of yourself! or look up muscle models online. thats what I do if I need a reference C:

I suck at taking pictures of myself... And the way I need the hand has to be specific... So its best to have a willing or unwilling victim to use briefly.

Another WIP incoming. This time I have added the one hand on the male that is across his stomach, its not much there.... Plan to get my references for the hands I need today. But I have added a rough sketch for clothes.
