once you put hair on the avatar i don't think hair bows behind the head will show up - and if you make the bows too big it will look funny. Now if we had 3d or could just look at the backside - like it was a manga drawing - it would work. But i think it would be very intensive labor to make that happen considering the programming seems to take multi layering for each item?

Now the high boots picture you drew reminds me of the three muskateer time period. Put them with the butt capes and it reminds me of the costume design in the Barbie muskateer movie - which costumes I like by the way...just saying....
