I personally don't think certain programs can make someone's art better.
it's how the person uses the programs they have.

Plus, My money that I have now, plus the money from my bonds is all for clothes.
I am long overdue for new clothes.

Just saying, it could help you get into the swing of drawing figures. Alot of artists aparently practice drawing things before they just up and go.

Well I rather not spend my money on a program
that I'll hardly use.

I don't have a problem with drawing figures.
I just frequently change the pose. xD

So I cleaned up the lines on her chest and fixed the line on her side so it does not look like
she is preggo. XD

Hello there

What programs do you make your art in? I don't own anything except for paint, so that's my only source for digital art.

I use to use my paint which you can do both digital drawing and Pixel art on.
But because for some odd reason it stopped working on my laptop[which really isn't really a laptop
it's more for travel] so I switched to fire Alpaca. Which does both CG art and pixel art. :3

I was under the impression that any art done on a computer constitutes as digital art? Or what is the difference between digital and pixel?

Both are under the category of digital art.

the difference is pixel art is made pixel by pixel.

Digital drawing is exactly what it is. Digital drawing. the lines aren't in pixels.
When you zoom in close you can tell the difference between the tools you use in your program.

Plus with pixel art you don't really need layers but with digital drawing you do.
Or at least I do. For the sketch, line work, flat coloring, the shadows and highlights for coloring.

I tried to design items using the Windlyn avatar bases in paint but it doesn't match the Windlyn style because it's so pixelated.

Yeah. Maybe ask one of the staff members what they use?
I don't really know what they use.
