even if it doesn't rise properly it should still work ok for cinnamon buns - or roll it flat, brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinn and make it into a flat bread.

I don't think it's risen at all.. in fact I forgot to knead. xD I think i'll mix in some more yeast and then knead it more. It's still sticky. OTL

you can get rid of sticky - its is just adding a little flour at a time as you knead it. Is it a self rise yeast? Dry yeast or did you have to add the yeast to warm water first before adding it to your bread mix? I want to say adding more yeast in now won't help...try to let it rise by putting it in a mixing bowl, cover it with a linen towel and let it sit on the counter to rise ( might take a few hours).

You may just have to start over completely. But don't throw it out just yet, give it a chance or try to make it into pin wheels.

I just spent a good two hours mixing in the dry yeast + water + sugar solution but my bro's gf told me to add more flour so we did. It looks fine right now and appears to be rising a bit. I'll just have to wait it out and see. c':
What are pin wheels?

I spent so long on this... made way too much dough so had to split up and do 5 rolls individually because my house is tiny.

They look like this now. Gonna wait for my dad to come back so I don't set the house on fire. *v*

Baked now!!
Kind of left it in for too long but it's just a bit overcooked. Just ate one and it literally tastes like bread. >_>; Should have added a bit more sugar to the cinnamon.

great job! I'd eat one! If you want to make it sweeter then add a little icing on top....either vanilla icing or cream cheese icing is tasty too. And you can warm them again if you like.

The brown sugar in the swirls makes it caramely flavored so I tend to use more of the brown sugar. Next time you could add chopped nuts if you wanted to, to the sugar mixture. There are so many options and you can be creative now that you know how to make them.
