So it's not too different from having a government employee for a mom

That's sounds like a tough job, I commend her on her patience, hopefully she can help steer them in the right direction.

The Principal of my High school was my friend's Dad, so it was kind of weird seeing him on "duty" in his suit and his composure being on the stern side and then seeing him be all relaxed etc when I went to her house. She was so funny, could always make us laugh.

Did you learn the self defense too?

One of my coworkers Mom worked at the penitentiary when she was growing up and her Mom was always afraid to let her out of her sight etc because she saw everyday what people can be like. How was your Mom with you?

Nope, I never taught there
Keep in mind that mom got the job while I was in high school and I had no life so she knew what I was doing anyway
