I'm not very good at maintaining an exercise log or logging into a fitness site or even exercising period but I am good at logging onto Windlyn regularly so what if we had an exercise thread in our healthy living section on Windlyn to log our progress and keep us accountable?
We can record simple stuff we do - such as walking or stretches or more vigorous like hiking or biking or swimming or sports that we do each day or week. Maybe aim for 10 stretches before we log on to Windlyn to motivate us? Then record you did your stretches/exercise (and get feathers for that post plus have accomplished a goal). Would that help keep us committed to moving our bodies? What would help motivate you?
