Anything for Burns?

Postby RAR » Sun Dec 28, 2014 4:05 am

I'm looking for some advice is all, is there anything else other than aloe that helps burns?
ahahaha because i'm a dumb, i was laying on this heat pad for a while or so and now i have these burns
all over my back... does anyone know what could help heal them? *most likely cant get store stuff cause i'm poor as dirt* >-< feels sore but not hurting enough to see a doctor.

I know i could google it up but i feel more comfortable asking here ;;
i have very bad anxiety/anxiety disorder, and things like this makes it rise sky high.
when i first seen that i had burns i kinda went overboard, almost caused myself to have a
breakdown >-<""" i tend to freak out over little things, i have no idea why i do though, but when
i get like that i have a hard time calming myself down qwq"

well, uhhm, I think for sunburns it helps to put/rub(?) apples on the part that got burnt. It might work... Put something cold on your back maybe? It'll probably heal in a few days... (:

how bad are the burns? if they arent too bad, sunburn solutions should suffice~
if theyre worse than sunburn you may want to at least go to your local gp (if you have one)
id give you tips but my way of dealing with sunburn is with aloe gel
though some lip balm sort of things work on light burns as well apparently :)
and you should never worry about posting stuff!~

I suggest standing under a cool shower too cool off the burns and then use Aloe if that is what you have for minor burns. I had a really severe burn on my chest from boiling hot water. I had to put Silverdene something like that on it but it's medicine from a doc.

I worked at mcdonalds for a short while and anytime one of us burned our hands or arms, they would put mustard on it. /shrugs
Other than that, I would just suggest aloe or what others above have suggested.

If you are talking to me, please ping or quote me. I get distracted and lose track of what I'm doing easily. :wink:
