I'm used to it honestly ^^; been having lack of sleep most of my life so my body has just gotten used to running on a couple hours vvhen it happens. ^^;

She's finally up so I changed her and got her breakfast and put her up in her chair so she can eat. She prefers feeding herself these days.

Patch, the 3 year old, is a chow/english springer mix. :3 He's 60 pounds of love, but we're trying to get him down a little. xD He's super sweet though. We used to have his sister, Kali-ma (she actually came first, but when their sister, Shiva, died of parvo we wound up taking in Patch since no one else seemed to want to adopt him), but there was something going around last year and she didn't make it to Christmas. :<
Loki is the younger one. He's a rat terrier/doxie. He likes to burrow under my blankets when I'm going to sleep and move down to the side of the couch, dragging the blankets down with him. xD Then whines when I try and get more blankets to wrap up in. lol

Aww. Sounds like she's growing up on ya. xD

But no, babies grow up so super fast, furbaby or otherwise. I remember when Patch was tiny. And his momma was sitting on him.
Nike wasn't exactly a proud mama. ;>> She didn't want anything to do with the pups, so we wound up having to ween them earlier that we'd have liked.

Thanks. ;n; It's still pretty sad. We used to have 6 dogs in the yard, but lost 3 in the course of 2 months. It was not a pleasant year. :"< But Kali-ma's death kind of hit the hardest.

I guess if you do something like that long enough you would get used to it. xD

I knovv that feeling, my 14 year old mutt Victor vvas put dovvn the end of november last year, I had him since he vvas a pup u.u;; I didn't vvant them to do it but the family voted and they did it against my vvishes... heh..
