Red : I think I fixed the wording - you can get a prize for your welcome thread and then doing another and when they reach 25 pages. (When I was doing the thread it was often when I was tired and It's my first thread of this type so it will probably need some tweaks).

Mdom: good question about the donations, Gizzie and I hadn't discussed it so can you hold off to donate for the moment until I find out how often she will be on. I would assume to put it on her mule for future prizes. I was trying to get going while we have had new people coming on.

Thank you for the items! I don't think i'm getting sick, however it might be a spike in my depression. Usually I feel exhausted and unfocused when I'm about to have a spike.

Watery - thank you! You and Akuyi are great at gifting new members items and Gizzie and I wanted to do something that encouraged the new members to integrate themselves into Windlyn and to also be able to reward those who have been active on Windlyn.

I find that when I am not resting.sleeping /properly I get worn down and don't think clearly which leads to frustration (to get things done or handle situations or the frustration of trying to stay awake) and that leads to anxiety and the anxiety leads to depression. What I could handle or see past before I have difficulty with when I am unrested (not just tired). So I have tried to make ways that improve my rest ( got a better mattress, watch times I go to sleep, healthier food...etc) and even though there are still things I can't change hanging over me, at least I am better equipped to handle them.

Akuyi - you do so much with your charity that I am always happy to help you out! In fact, I should send people to donate things to yours
