Thanks galled, it's a cosplay of the tenth doctor from Doctor Who. Hence the name. I saw the jacket and was instantly struck with inspiration

This next one is Flaming Lion. Notice how I made it so that the hair is an extension of the mask, like a large mane of hair.

Lemon, what's the difference between the "scariest" and "creepiest" categories?

creepy might not necessarily be scary. Like mdom's rainbow raven look to me is creepy but not necessarily scary. - basically I just threw "categories" out there to inspire people to come up with different ideas.

The more entries you do increases the number of items you get and increases your odds for getting an extra special item at the end.
