That's what I do, only fulfill the quests that are items from the fishing pond or the shop...I have ALOT of T-shirts and purses.
If the drop was say 1 in a 1000 times (I am just throwing out a number), it would only appear if everyone was playing because we can only quest twice a day and generally I only quest once a day...if that. And if only 3 to 5 people were questing a day....well...you get what I mean...it could be a looong time before we see them.

I wasn't sure if the black wings were an actual event prize or just in the Lazarus shop. Any shop items I was not posting but maybe will put them on the second post?

You can look for users to buy from or trade with by setting up a thread in Questing & Collecting or looking for sellers in Yard Sale

Some users host charity and game threads that offer items as prizes.

The commemorative wings are very rare, so users generally won't trade them for other things unless it's wings for wings (fair trade) or something else that's high priority on their quest lists. You can have a chance to snag yourself a pair of wings during events (Halloween is coming up soon, so we may have an event coming up).

We do, however, have some Feathered [Raven?] Wings available in the Pumpkin Patch Shop such as:

Has anyone gotten the Aurora/Eventide wings from questing? Been questing for so long now and ahhh, still no luck. I'm beginning to think that the quests with higher stakes items (e.g. Celestial Vest & other older items) might give us a better chance at getting those wings.

Also, I'm tempted to make an item guide for the Aurora/Eventide Quests. Would anyone be interested in having an item guide for that, or should I just leave it alone?

Polaris I used to think that as well but I believe I asked about it a long time ago & it isn't the case.

Whether you have a one item or 3 item request or a rarer item request has no impact on the wings dropping or the items you get. The drop rate for the wings is just set high.
