That's what you call getting yourself into a sticky situation.

Mur stop you're making my heart melt with these
bWahaha they would look terrible, I don't have a nice consistent style. xD

Btw I'm not sure how but there's a user named Qtea that made some cute items and they said if you talked to Diana you could add them into Windlyn...? I'm not sure if you'd like to do that so... //backs away/

You can ask whatever questions you'd like, haha. That's what we're here for. ;)

I think Lime described it pretty good one time, let's see if I can remember:
"Item layering is how you'd think it is", or something along those lines. Basically anywhere there's a joint on a person there's a new layer.

Most items require multiple layers (shirts and jackets, for example, have a "torso" and a "back torso", as well as two sleeves broken into "front upper arm", "front lower arm", "rear upper arm", and "rear lower arm". Together all those layers make up one shirt item).
Some items (like faces or backgrounds) only take up one layer.

Hope that answers your question!
:)

Yeah, for some, but I need to work on refractoring the system to allow for more layers per item category. Ive made some items only to go --wow, I dont have a place to put it. But thats lower priority for the site right now.

I would think Holiday-themed backgrounds would make the most sense as they come appropriate every year!

Perhaps celebration / milestone backgrounds would be popular--graduation, new job, wedding, new car, vacation, etc., might be appreciated by Windlyn-ers too. Just throwing out ideas. ;)

I can't wait to see what you come up with! Keep in mind that adding text is problemsome as avatars and backgrounds need to be able to be flipped for right and left side posting/mirror images.

...patiently waits...
