I looked at the categories and noticed a dark category, and while this may not seem that dark, I assure you, it is. This is a girl who was experimented on by scientists and given doll-like limbs until she went insane. Her arms are in a straight jacket but her hands were cut off and are floating out of the straight jacket due to psychic abilities she gained during the experiments. Her mouth is covered to prevent her using "spells" which are an extension of her psychic powers, and she has a thing on her head that is slowly draining her of energy to prevent her becoming too powerful. I don't have a name for her atm... However... As a final cruelty to her, she shall be given only a code for her name; PE21 or Psychic Experiment 21
