Is this a drawing table or a tablet computer? :)

I have a friend who really likes the Microsoft Surface! It's also pretty good price-wise compared to a lot of other tablet computers.

My sister told me about this way overpriced one from Apple that just released so it's even more overpriced than usual that's marketed toward artists. I haven't seen or used one of those myself, but it might be worth a look?
My third gen iPad hurr does fine with drawing and interwebbing, even if it does lag and then make up its own stuff sometimes
But if you're looking outside Apple idk any
You'll most likely want a decent screen size tho

iPad is a good choice but it's pricey. But I have heard good things about the Surface mentioned above.

I haven't tried it personally, but I have seen it recommend quite often.

I'll probably go with the surface since apple products are super pricey ... I don't think I've ever owned one tbh

If you're OK with Windows, Surface is awesome (well, the RT, not so much). No comparison to the Apple offerings really. Here are a couple of good insights:

lenovo thinkpad? or yoga? i forgot the name
its a laptop/drawing tablet/tablet... kind of pricey? imo it'd be less expensive to just get a drawing tablet and a tablet separately.. my drawing tablet was $22, and the family tablet around $70.

I'd rather just get a drawing tablet as they cost less and are an accessory to your computer. If you're going for a tablet like an iPad you won't be able to run programs such as SAI or Clip Paint Studio on it but I'm not sure if you'd like to draw more of have the convenience more. orz For drawing tablets i'd recommend a wacom Intuos or wacom Pro depending on your budget. Sizes medium and large are better because they don't restrict the space as much and you give your wrist and elbows some space to move around.

Wacom tablets are pricey though... at least they're worth the money but.. still pricey.. the smallest is still $70~ish

One thing I was a bit upset about is apparently the cintiq isn't really meant for left handers? Or that it was more difficult to get used to? .....wacom why u do dis

wacoms are pricy... especially if you dont have a computer already.

I was under the impression the cinteq was gyroscopic and you could flip it so the buttons are there for your non dominant hand? Not sure where I got that idea from.
If you dont use the built-in buttons, I dont see why it would be troublesome to use your left hand on at all They're huge. I got to try one out a few years back... I didnt like how hot they got though. It made drawing unpleasant. :c
